in case you didn't know --- those numbers I've been plugging have to do with the hours that I have not smoked.

I would love to say, I am quitting smoking, but, I can only say that once, I have quit,,, I am going to a wedding today, I suspect I will smoke.

Besides, right about now, I am craving one. I want one.

    as for the smoking. I have found that if you quit counting...you forget that you are 'trying' to quit - instead, you mind reckons you've quit. You want to quit...not try to quit. Quit counting? It doesn't really matter does it? How many hours...days...years...it doesn't

  2. true --- I was going to be stop counting after 96 hours (medically, I read, is how long it takes nicotine to be out of ones system).

    The irony is, I enjoy smoking now, I am not heavy smoking like I used to before this short-intermission.
