Nothing

really, matters.

I miss my grandmother, but the last time I spoke to her, I was angry, because her perception of what I was, was wrong, fundamentally.

I expected her, to be at least one of the two people that would know me better than anybody else.

So, missing her, is limited till the point when I remember the last conversation, then I get angry at her, over and over again.

  1. Fact that you have a Grammy that you believe understands you is incredible. Considering the generational gap(s). Her perception of you is as a result of the tools available to her to perceive (see) you. Her tools -- well, those are a direct result of her time. Considering her age, I'm amazed she even sees you at all. Imagine what of her beliefs she has to suspend in order to even try to "get" you. Don't be mad at her for too long. I don't have a Grammy.

  2. !

  3. I have to agree with NguJaz. You're lucky to have her. You're lucky that she makes the effort to know you.
She is too important to you for you to be angry with her for too long...
