I smoked yesterday, a whole lot.

I am not upset as I should be about it, because I realised something:

the mind is powerful. i/we spend a lot of time underestimating its power.

what does that mean?

it means, the phrase that starts with: "I can't live without [insert object]", is all bullshit.

our body(the temple) is never addicted to anything, we (the sense of self) is the addict.
