Time is a commodity I value, way, way too much. When I waste that time I get angry, very angry, and "you wouldn't like me when I am angry."

Doesn't this remidn you of the industrial age?
Apparently Gautrain is a product of left-planning. By that I mean there is 'no planned date' for completion. That is another way to say that it might not be ready for 2010.

wanted a place in Oxford...still do though... I don't think anybody is likeable when angry though...hence the need to ignore the present state of what made you angry until thou is calm enough to rationalise the situation and respond....
