Okay, good people --- it appears an end-of-the-road scenario has bestowed it'self upon everything, but it can be avoided (read: working hard at sourcing the finance for it all).

In short --- I don't have the cream/cash/money/capital to maintain these servers --- for the month on February --- So, a downtime is due, unless the working hard pays off. [read 'Site (may be) Interrupted' for clearer details]

Just know that, worst comes to worst (my people come first - dilated peoples(f7)) the down time will only happen for the month of February, I should be back-(on my knees -- Jack Nicholson in 'As good as it gets')-up in March.
